Terms of Service

1. What the service is

GRAND LINE INTEL is an informational service. It monitors public sources for U.S. English ONE PIECE Card Game products, releases, prices and events, and tells you what it found along with the evidence it relied on.

It is not a store. We never place orders, reserve stock, hold carts, or buy anything on your behalf, and we do not automate checkout, logins or CAPTCHAs at any retailer.

2. No guarantee of stock, price or registration

Retail availability changes by the second. A “verified buy” means that, at the time of the check, the retailer’s own page or catalog data showed the exact product as orderable at the listed price. It does not mean the item will still be available when you arrive, that you will be able to complete a purchase, or that the price will not change.

Event and Chance-to-Buy information is reported as published by the organizer. Registration does not guarantee product purchase. Signals, community sightings and other items labelled UNVERIFIED have not been confirmed and may be wrong.

3. No affiliation

GRAND LINE INTEL is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai, Bandai Namco, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or any retailer, marketplace or event organizer mentioned on the site. ONE PIECE and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being tracked.

4. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Fleet plans let a group share features through invited member accounts.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download the service or its API, or resell or redistribute its data, except for personal sharing of individual alerts.
• Overload, probe, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, membership gates or other protections.
• Use the service to run bots that automate purchases, logins or CAPTCHA solving at retailers.
• Submit false, misleading or spam sightings, or harass other members in the Discord server or a fleet.
• Share your account or a paid plan with people outside your fleet.

6. Paid subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Prices, cancellation, refunds and plan changes are covered in the Billing & Cancellation terms, which are part of these Terms. A plan only includes the features listed for it on the Membership page at the time you subscribe.

7. Community content

When you submit a sighting, you give us permission to display it (without your email) as unverified intel to other users. You are responsible for what you submit. We may remove submissions at our discretion.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and cancel any subscription at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, abuse the service or put other users at risk. If we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach, we will refund the unused portion of the current period. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid plan, we will tell you before your next renewal.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for missed purchases, price differences, or decisions you make based on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will give notice on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? See Support.
